Wilhelm was responsible for training new employees on UPS and FAA regulations for Air Operations in Europe. His efforts did not end with training. He was responsible for audits and airport operations in Europe and Middle East.
Prior to formation of the UPS Airline, Wilhelm held numerous operations, engineering, and planning positions within UPS Deutschland GmbH.
Wilhelm is a veteran of the German Navy. He holds numerous aeronautical licenses and instructor certificates. Active in his community, he is a Kegeln champion and trains German shepherds.
